correct. Start at the top (near the back of the driver's side window) and pull it strait out. It is held in by 3 clips there, and 3-4 more under the actual pillar. It just snaps/clips back into place when you want to put it back in.

also, don't over pull like a maniac and crack it or loose any of the metal clips that hold it in wink.gif
