I hear a lot of people preach about the "good shop" rule. It doesn't matter if it's a rusted folgers can with some bolts sticking out of it, a good shop will fix it right up!

While this is true in most instances, there is only so much a body shop can do for a kit / front end before it starts costing mucho bucks / time. Over on celica.net (And even here) i've read people having nothing but problems with the blitz & combat bumpers.

Chances are, if you see postings of people w/ a specific kit, then you'll know it will work. Otherwise these companies just make a mold off of an expensive kit, making a ****ty knock off that you couldn't WELD to the car if you tried.

I wouldn't say good shop rule, but EXCELLENT shop rule. =P

Excellent shops can do almost anything. It's just a matter of how well you know the shop owner or how much you're willing to spend. It also depends on where you live (shops here in Cali aren't that expensive, and do good to excellent work).
