My GF of 2 years just told me that she wanted to spend time apart. I have never had pain like this before. I cant stop thinking about her, and im extrememly depressed. All i can do is cry, and im also having trouble eating. It just hurts so much. Does it ever get any better? (we were planning on getting married, even though were both 19)

well u gotta look at it this, can life really get much worse? answer is yes. Life does go on but your lucky to even be where you are. Like everyone else said, find a hobby, yes it sucks but theres not much u can do.
