Im assuming the price listed is USD.

Lows - $515 + $70 shipping = $585
Highs - $200 + $60 shipping = $260
___
total = $845 off the bat. Granted others will bid for it (im guessing) So after the bidding im guessin $950 which is almost $1000 :-p

As it's not a small amount, not too much people willing to invest and place a bid, so normally no one place a bid or just end up and pretty close to the starting bid.

i would hope so, as these are available in the us for 850.
