He's in stable but serious condition, and wasn't wearing a helmet. I posted a few weeks ago how I helped a guy that wrecked at highway speeds but he was wearing a full helmet and face mask.

hoping it was in his contract doesnt mean that he would lose his career! lol but if ur worth millions of dollars you should be a bit smarter. hell even if ur not worth millions you should be a bit smarter. and every state should have a law to wear a helmet. and hes not in critical hes in serious but stable condition. and had a 7 hour surgery yesterday. He broke his nose and jaw - id say he was lucky. Hes also talking and coherent.
