 changing timing belt, how hard?? |

alrighty my car has 155,000 on her and i have an 1995 ST i was wondering how hard it is to change the timing belt and what needs to come off to do this i am going to buy a manuel for my car one of these days so is it worth 70$ to have a shop do it ?? any imput will help thanks
