 Window Adjustment, How do I line the window up? |

Hello,
I recently had to replace my window regulator, which I did through use of a guide on here (very useful) however, the window now seems to sit too high and is catching on the rubber on the door whenever I close the door unless I push the window to close it then it is ok so it doesn't need a lot of adjustment. I tried adjusting it for about 2 hours yesterday with no luck as it is still the same, is there a special way to line the window up or does anyone know if the regulator can be adjusted at all? I got a scanned page from the Chiltons manual and it looks like it's the mechanism that needs adjusting, it would seem that I was adjusting the wrong bit
