Are these good for my ADR 17 x 7, free tires !!

I don't know about tires, so any info would be great. thanks. --------------------

They sound cheap at first but I was surprised to see them rated number 4 for drift competition. The top was federal and yokohamas were even #16. So that says alot about those tires.
