 will my down pipe fit the ct20b, theres an extra hole on the ct20 |

Im looking into getting a ct20b but i noticed that there is a 7th stud where the down pipe attacthes. Can i just remove it and still get a good seal without an exhaust leak? thank you
  notice how the downpipe doenst have that extra hole |
