I know this might seem an odd thing to do, but I was wondering if it is possible to disengage the drive to the front wheels on a GT4, sending all the power to the rear wheels.

Ive searched throught the forum and cant seem to find any info on this

Any info would be good, whether it can or cant b done...

To my knowledge, 4wd cars will tend to have a bias to either ff or fr (correct me if i am wrong) so welding diffs will pontentialy cause loads that the system is not designed for, to do it properly you would have to swing the engine around 90 degrees put in a new gear box, drive shaft and diff, fabricate a new transmission tunnel to accomidate the drive shaft/ gear box and that isnt even touching on suspension set-ups, it would be a big job but would be well cool if someone was to do it!
