Im gonna try to put in at ct20b turbo in today and was wondering what kind of oil i should use in my 3sgte. Its got roughly about 73,000 miles on it. I plan on running it on 8psi daily and 13psi racing. Any suggestions? Also, i dont want to run synthetic because of its high mileage. So what brand? weight? and quantity? thanks guys : )

I have a turboxs dual stage boost controller, 13 psi is just a flick of the switch away  with gas prices the way they are, for a to b drives 8psi should be enough.
