i finally got my game in the mail today from Hong Kong. this is my second purchase since the mail man lost the first one and unfortunately since it wasn't insured, i got screwed.
anyway, it plays straight up with a north american PSP though everything's in japanese. it's basically the arcade game version 3 but with upgrade cards and wireless link battle modes and some extra goodies.  below are some pics of my red celi...
