Tech. Lowering springs/ newer oem struts New plugs, rotor cap, rotor, Trd ignition wires. White guages with ALuminum bezel Sony Cd/mp3 player, rockford amp, 12'' Type R, Battery relocated to the back trunk Car used to be automatic and converted to 5spd. I got this car on the road couple months ago, (took me over a year to complete this swap) Motor came with under 50,000Miles on it, and I put about 700'km's on it, If you are a toyota fan and know about toyota, you'll know the 3sgte is swap is rare and 3sgte is one of toyota's best engines. Engine run beautifully and boosting around 12psi I say the project is like 90% done, If someone wants to complete this project, what needs to be done is clean up the motor and dress it up, clean out the turbo and lines. Good for the winter project. Is there anything i should be looking out for? Ive been reading up in celicas a lot lately and im in love with em. this one seems perfect. please give me your input on it. Thanks! What scares me is the 90% done. Usually, this means that the car is not running right and the owner either (a) doesn't know why, or (b) he knows why but it costs too much to fix and still get money out of it. Either way, buying the car is a big risk. My car will be running perfectly when I sell it some day.
