I am going to have to agree with DG on this one about the rider not knowing **** about racing on that bike. He either doesn't know how to ride or he was just following you, cause a bike is pretty freaking quick and it should beat you off the line b/c of the weight that it has compared to yours, just like how Fwd or RWD beat AWD of the line b/c of that grip issue or whatever its called. I'm not doubitn that your car is amazing and everything i'd like in a celica, but to beat a bike needs a person who knows how to ride a bike for it to be really impressive win.
