Edit: Just using the same thread I started to avoid clutter. Scroll down for new pics...more on the way as I work on it!

So I drove the car home today...had to adjust to the new clutch and the wide expanse of legroom, lol, but it is officially in my driveway and registered to my name biggrin.gif

In other words...MINE!!!

Sadly, I brought the camera out to take pictures, and it wasn't charged. I put it to charge, and when it was ready to go it started to rain. Then all my friends and family demanded to see it so I've been driving around the island all afternoon showing it off. All I've managed are a few shoddy camera phone pics:

I promise there will be some beautiful hi-def pics in the next day or two biggrin.gif

there are some problems that I want to get taken care of that you can't see in these pictures...like the front bumper is a little crooked and the paint has flaked on it, and the interior needs some serious work. Mainly I need to get new seats, or at least a new driver's seat because the one that's in there is a corolla seat forced into the rails, and so it doesn't pull up high enough for me to reach the pedals comfortably. Anyone know where I can get a good Celica seat online? It's hard to find stuff here...

...I aleady have an amp and two 12-inch speakers to put in, and it came with a 6-CD changer, though I'm debating to keep or sell that....I'll see. Gotta fix the fritsy alarm before I do anything...

more to come...

Congratulations! I would agree with the previous post by ScoobyDooCruiser, reupholstering may be the cost effective choice if you locate a used driver’s with structural integrity.
It’s nice to have you with us. It’s cool to see members with such enthusiasm too. smile.gif
