Engine resealed with new timing belt, ready to go. In the background, the victim waits... AHHHH! It's the black Celica of DEATH!!! Remember kids, when swapping to a 4AGZE engine, you'll need the backing plate off the 7AFE engine. A new rear main seal is a must too! New SPEC clutch installed and the tranny swapped over from the Celica. Yes, I know it's ugly, but around here we make things that go fast, not things that are pretty This post has been edited by Dr_Tweak: Jul 26, 2006 - 8:58 AM -------------------- -Dr Tweak, 6GC's resident engine swap wiring expert extraordinaire Click here to see my swaps drtweak@phoenixtuning.com |

If they used the newer GZE. those are rated at what? 165?
I should just do that instead of a V6.. All I want is 200-220whp |

QUOTE(jdg371 @ Jul 26, 2006 - 4:08 PM) If they used the newer GZE. those are rated at what? 165? I should just do that instead of a V6.. All I want is 200-220whp 4AGZE + crank pulley + fuel and air intake mods + exhaust + effecient FMIC + some A/F/etc controller = your goal. and, if all else fails, there is a larger supercharger out there that you can always upgrade to. . or, remove the SC, and turbo it. that motor has many directions to go. twin-charging was an option, and still is, but the HKS kit that used to be made is probably nowhere out there anymore (even used). and fabbing your own, you'll have to do insane amounts of research. -------------------- |
