Meaning that i have not seen this engine in the forums(or i'm just looking in the wrong places).
I know its a 3S-GE in my ST202, and i want to install an air intake to replace the box filter. But when i look online, the options that i have are for the 1.8L or the 2.2L. it also makes it difficult to locate information on parts such as spark plug wires, porting information, etc. I apologize in advance if its a "duh!" question.  thanks. so what is the difference between this engine and the S-I, S-II, S-III, and GT? I know that the GT-4 has a turbo, but what about the rest?

GT in the USA/Canada/Australia is the 2.2l 5S-FE engine where in de rest of the world its the 3S-GE engine which was fitted. ST is the same all round the world -------------------- JDM Powerplant installed, BPU coming very soon!
