4AGZE Swap into a 6th Gen Celica Options

Remember kids, when swapping to a 4AGZE engine, you'll need the backing plate off the 7AFE engine. A new rear main seal is a must too!



New SPEC clutch installed and the tranny swapped over from the Celica. Yes, I know it's ugly, but around here we make things that go fast, not things that are pretty

Thanks for the nice comments everyone. I have some more pics that I haven't uploaded yet, I'll add them tomorrow. I've road tested the car and it runs great! I just needs to go to the exhaust shop and get a couple of custom a/c lines installed.

Actually you should just ship it over here, it's not all that expensive.

It must be really nice to have such passion about what you do... or am I assuming too much? It looks like you really enjoy your work.

No you're pretty much right, I actually loose sight of that from too much stress, which is a mistake. I DID get into this because I love doing swaps and tuning engines, and sometimes I forget that!

In fact, that's probably 1/2 the reason I post this stuff up, because showing my work and getting feedback on it often inspires me to keep it up.

well i thought i'd give it a try.But you have inspired me once again to get under the hood of my car and get my engine going. i just got to get hold of a few friends and a few tools and you should be expecting alot of messages from me when i get everything set.
