On page 53 of the August Super Street issue, Import Trenz used my car to advertise the Invader kit without my permission. Is there anything I can do about this? I don't want to be a dick and sue, but should they owe me something in return? They did afterall steal a picture of my car and use it without my permission. Let me know what you think guys.

The difference between makin money off of music, art, videos and other stuff is the fact that all that stuff is copyrighted or the musician or whatever is under some kinda contract not to have their stuff duplicated or endorsed without their permission. In this case it is completely different from this since he isnt under some contract or copyrighted obviously...but i agree with everybody else when they say that u should get somethin out of this and thats friggin awesome that your car is shown in Super Street. -------------------- Note to new members.
