Anyone ever tried rota slipstreams in 16x8? I was looking at 16x7.5 oz hydra's but they weigh 23lbs a piece or at least thats what tirerack said.

Rotas are great wheels for the money. I know a few people with WRX's that love them, great customer service also.
The best solution to fix the offset issues are to use a spacer of a very high quality, jgreening is using Rotas with a +48 offset and he did just this. If he can push just shy of 300whp on those wheels with spacers i'm sure we'd be fine, I know alot of people frown at the use of spacers, but unless your lugnuts barely have any bite you'll be fine. 16x8 would be a great wheel for our cars, but if your car is aggresively lowered you might need those spacers to avoid rubbing due to the offset. -------------------- 3rd gen ST205 3SGTE - Alive and boosting. |
