Has anyone ever done this? Remove the back seats that is? And does anyone know how much they might weigh? Probably going to do that this weekend, was going to do it today, but wasn't at my house. Just wondering. Pre-emptive thanks for any info!

I love the idea of any weight removal possible - i dont mean to thread jack, but did anyone read the sport compact car issue w/ the opera s2000 in it!? where they lightened the car by 900lbs by circle drilling and chamfering the entire body of the car (wherever structural integrity wasnt an issue). Since i read that article - i've been tryin to dream up ways to remove that much weight from my celica.... anyone else have any weight removal techniques for their ride?
