Sorry to bring up an old topic but even after reading the sticky im still confused about offset and fitment. I promise to study more on it. smile.gif I want to pick up a set of Gram L. 57s rims that are 17x8.5 with +48 offset. I wanted to know if these would fit normally or if i would need some spacers for them? my car is lowered quite a bit but its adjustable so i could compensate. Any help would be greatly appriciated. thank you!

ps. and yes this guy is local (stupid paypal) ...ranting, sorry

I don't know if it will help any but I have some Axis Hiro 19x8.5" rims with 245/35/19 toyo T1-S Proxes with a 35mm offset and Tein S-techs

and when I hit a dip of a low slope in the road going over 45 mph my tire rubs on the inside of the wheel well in the rear, and on the outsid eof the tire(rear) I can barely even put a finger(pinky) between the tire and fender.

So I thyink that 35mm offset is perfect.
if you go 33 I think you would be hitting alot worse, and 38mm would rub on the fender.

I know that there is alot of difference between a 19 and a 17, but they are the same width and I thought that this might help
