So, in exactly 1 week today, i move all my stuff into my residence at school. Ive packed up 1/2 of my stuff already, and am just about ready to move 4 hours away from home. So i move in next weekend, come home for another week, then i move back down and stay for 2 or 3 months b4 i come home next. Its weird..im happy, but im not at the same time. Im happy im moving down cuz im moving out for the first time, im happy because i get to meet new ppl, im happy because no more dealing with parents nagging and being anoying. But, im sad at the same time because im leaving every thing and every one that i know. Oh well, guess its a time for change. Any one near Detriot, or in detriot? Im gonna be right across the river, so feel free to stop by.

I'm a junior in college up here, and I live on campus too, don't you guys worry, you are SO going to love it. The workload will obviously be a little deeper than high school, but it will also be more insteresting once you choose a major and pick courses related to it. Plus, in college you get to make everything personal and express yourself...you are on your own now, you don't have parents to listen to...it's so much fun!
And I promise that it will be sooooo easy to make new friends. Oh, and don't worry if your roomate sucks if you're in a dorm...my first two didn't get along with me very well, but its easy to avoid them If you need help with essay writing, let me know, I'm a writing tutor here and I know what college prof's are looking for -------------------- "I bet you drive a standard." "You could make some money off that bet." :D |
