Here is a custom intake I made for my '96 ST. This should work on GT models also. I took this off my car because I will be starting to install a turbo kit.
Before I installed this I was getting 30mpg, on my last fillup (with this intake) I got 33.75mpg. For a 1.8 model, I have the blue hose plugged so it does not leak, for a 2.2 liter, unplug it and hook it up to the vacuum source on your stock intake. There is a spot to plug in your stock intake air temperature sensor. All clamps needed are included, any questions feel free to ask. The best part is, I am selling this for the best offer. Remember, with the higher gas mileage, this is a mod that will PAY FOR ITSELF! ![]() Thanks for looking! no it is down under everything. the cold air that does hit the radiator hits the intake through the body slots in the front. atleast that is how mine is set up.
