So I never really was a fan of Evos till I drove in one last night. Oh goodness! Theyre nice cars. I get to drive one next week so im stoked for that! Their stock seats are really comfortable too!
I wish I could afford one :-( Anyone driven one and had a good/bad experience? -------------------- Cruisin down the street in my Infiniti...always lookin for my next trip to Sin City

Wanna let you know first, Evos are great cars, but they put a big dent in your pocket every month, and I'm sure full coverage insurance for a 20 year old will be the same as the car payment. I can see how you think the VR-4 and Evo are alike, but my experience, very different. Think of a VR-4 like a touring car, and the Evo as a rally car. The small stock turbos (I can't afford a turbo upgrade) spool very differently than an Evo, and at much lower RPM. An Evo owner I know, thinks a VR-4 is better on the highway (smooth torque and acceleration, much longer gears). [Sorry I don't mean to go OT, but I gotta add that I gained 20awhp and 46awtq, 2800rpm, from full exhaust] I know the Evo handles better, and I do wish my car weighed more like an Evo, instead it's a pig at 3800 pounds dry. Going from a Celica to an Evo you will be very happy, just be careful about the monthly $$$. Possibly 4 dollar signs?
