Ok so lately my car has been revving weird. Whenim in 3rd-5th and cruising a long at say 2-3k rpms if I hit the gas the rpms jump up to 4-5k as if I had the clutch in, then they drop back down to about 3200 and drive normally. What could be wrong?

You were in the same position I was back then. If you were to just replace it with OEM parts, its going to cost you like 500 dollars. That's how much it was for me from Firestone. They ordered the parts and installed it. Where as aftermarket clutch kit and labor installation fee is going to run you about 600-800 dollars. Unless... you can do it yourself which will save you a good 300-400 bucks. I suggest ACT street clutch kit or a Exedy clutch kit. If you are more into racing only, then go after Stage 2 and 3's. But a warning, puck clutch kits are uncomfortable driving daily compared to street discs. But they provide better torque to wheels becuz of it's racing purposes. I mean, think of it this way... if there is a traffic jam on the road, you will have to wait for the car ahead of you to move up like 3 cars before you can even gas to go becuz you will most likely be launching forward pretty far up. You might as well buy a new lightened flywheel while you are at it which will run you from 250-400 dollars depending on the brand you get. Fidanza and Clutchmaster and as well as Exedy makes lightened flywheels for our cars. Yes... this is alot of money to spend when it comes to the transmission. Hahahaha. YOu are actually looking at a close estimate ranging around 1000-1200+ dollars of spending.
