I know this has been covered a million times, but i though it wouldn't hurt to get some opinions for my car. I desperately need new tires so i want to get rims at the same time. I will be putting them on a 94 hatch with a recent 3sgte swap.
I had 17's and i liked them, but the tires that were on them were tiny and it made it look weird since there was still a huge fender gap etc. I have always loved 18's but i also don't want to be driving on rims and no tire... so my question is out of this style rim, VSW Vortex what do you recommend for size and tire size to go on them? I'd love the 18x8 or maybe 18x9? thanks everyone |

if u go with the size i posted, you will have near stock ride quality, while filling in the wheel gap very well and giving the car a nice stance.
18s can look really good on our cars too, but you a limited to using a smaller tire size. this can lead to horrible ride quality and possibly rim damage when you hit a small pot hole. not to mention, 18s will slow your car down a good amount. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
