I have 101,000 on my odometer. My dad told me to use 10W-40 motor oil; my friend told me to use 10W-30 what do you guys use or recommend me using on my car? I don't want to wear out my car....

i use 5w 30 moble one synthetic and moble one oil filter its the best high quality but well worht it
