Are the effects positive or negative? How much? What brand is good? Are there heat shield options for headers or is powder coating the best method? Would someone wanna buy it off me once im ready for my turbo/head swap setup? lol jk bout the last one

You will definately get good gains if added to a cold air intake. I also have a wrapped header on mine with CAI. I have felt every step that I have taken from the CAI to header to wrapped header. It does the 7AFE good plus gets some attention. Also if you are up for it you could go muffler-less like Bitter or like me just put in a hi-flow cat and straight through muffler. As for brand of header there are some on eBay but they are all copies of a Corolla header and they have to be either bent on the bottom end or addapted to fit a Celica. I will warn you though do not get a crome one off of eBay because they are cheaply done and will rust quick. Get a stainless steel or a raw one and have it coated.
