hey guys...finally ready to start getting parts together to turbo my 5sfe, and i have some questions for people who have done this and/or will be doing this:
what are the major pros/cons of going hybrid and using a ge head? (i.e. extra work, hp possibilites, etc) what type of engine managment system is the best for this situation? (piggyback, standalone?) what octane requirement would the engine have if i did not advance the timing off base or increase the compression ratio and used a ct26 turbo? and finally, are there any other little tips/tricks i should know? please post replies in this thread...i think everyone should know about this. thanks! --------------------  do you know who i am, mr. worley? |

I say get the EMS but if you want the 3s-gte ecu, I have a 3rd gen ECU for sale. 75$ shipped -------------------- 94' ST Coupe - 5sfe Motor swap and brake swap.
