hey guys...finally ready to start getting parts together to turbo my 5sfe, and i have some questions for people who have done this and/or will be doing this:
what are the major pros/cons of going hybrid and using a ge head? (i.e. extra work, hp possibilites, etc) what type of engine managment system is the best for this situation? (piggyback, standalone?) what octane requirement would the engine have if i did not advance the timing off base or increase the compression ratio and used a ct26 turbo? and finally, are there any other little tips/tricks i should know? please post replies in this thread...i think everyone should know about this. thanks! -------------------- ![]() do you know who i am, mr. worley? |

If your goals are around 200HP than I would recommend that you just read the stickies. In particular look at Manny's build.
You will need a Walboro 255lph fuel pump. Injectors go for the 460cc from an 89-91 RX7 N/A. Read those two stickies. This post has been edited by WALKER: Sep 22, 2006 - 9:07 AM -------------------- |
