I'm getting my 20 valve silver top 4A-GE swapped in very soon, and I'm considering painting my engine bay myself once the 7A-FE is pulled and the engine bay is cleaned. If I did this, my engine bay wouldn't be horrendously ugly like it is now(teal with some yellow), and I would use some sort of yellow spray paint.
Do you guys recommend that I do this, and if so, what kind(s) of paint should I use and how should I paint everything? Thanks! -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...

Well, I would reccomend you doing it. But I wouldn't just spray paint it. I would try to work a little bit and get the extra cash saved up to paint it with real auto paint, and match it to your exterior. I think it would just look a lot better and give you that good feeling knowing you took the extra step to make your sure car was clean. Good luck with it, Coomer!
