here are our 3 happy friends together

as you can see here, PP is in good condition, no abuse (one small hot spot but it isnt raised) light scratches where the broken pieces were scraping.

flywheel is in very good condition too, those small back spots were on there when i got the clip and almost came out when i resurfaced it, also the flywheel was in good shape straight off the clip.

here are the 2 pieces of the disk up close, you can see where the rivots sheared off on the hub section.

going to call spec on monday, i definately dont want the same disk. it was a real pita to drop the trans in my garage

so have any of the other guys contacted me or any of the other sales guys here at spec to get them checked out? I am sorry this happened man. I know i am working on getting this one replaced right now. If anyone else needs any help don't hesistate to give me a call or email me..

justin, this failiure looks exactly like john horniaks stage 2 did...and we believe that it happen again. (he has yet to get the tranny off AFAIK.
is there a reason these disks are failing like this??
