hey guys,

my friend and i have been working on a project GSR a couple months ago. It was a nice summer project consisting of installing a jackson racing supercharger and Type R front end conversion, rs-r exhaste. Well about 6 months ago it was stolen and stripped to the frame, and my friend went through all the trouble to get a new car. The thiefs, after taking all the parts they wanted, poored motor oil all over the entire car to cover up the finger prints.

Now my friends messages me on AIM today about a craigslist posting about GSR parts. They had a picture of an armrest with Blue stiching and a matching shifter boot (this was a custom made by a member of a car forum.) Its looks exactly like the parts from his car.. One of the Tabs where we installed a fog light switch was missing. SOoo... I'm 90% sure this is his car parts. What can we do.. Besides meet him up and introduce him to mr.baseball-bat..

Suggestion?

Yes get all the pics from them that you can. If you are sure it's your stuff get the police involved and they will inform them that they need to return the stuff or they can be charged with buying stolen goods. At the least, that is unless they can prove that are the ones that stole it. Did you make a police report when the stuff was stolen? I would leave the bat out if you involve the cops, they might not like you going vigilante on people.

I just saw that you are from the Bay, so be careful!
