 Trying to stop all vibrations |

I've pretty much taken car of all the vibrating parts on my car except for one piece. It's that part around the license plate (see picture if you can't figure out what I'm talking about). Does anybody know how to remove this piece?

you could put some clear silicon in all the gaps and dynamat on the inner trunk wall...
