 Trying to stop all vibrations |

I've pretty much taken car of all the vibrating parts on my car except for one piece. It's that part around the license plate (see picture if you can't figure out what I'm talking about). Does anybody know how to remove this piece?

You have to remove tail lights first. There are 3 screws each tail light from inside. Take those off and everything else is easy. Couple screws and just pop the licence piece out. Off course remove the licence plate first.... Hope it helps
