I hear a clunk when I put my Celica in gear and let of the clutch. I just wanna hear if somebody got a quick dianose for this problem. It kinda sounds like when you release the clutch quickly. It happens more often when the car is cold. It can also happen if I let go of the throttle quickly. Could it be bad axels, motor mounts?

sounds like a motor mount to me. but that doesn't explain it happening only when the car is cold.
open the hood and have someone start the engine. see if the engine shakes excessively. -------------------- |
