Hi fellows, I had an accident 3 months ago, the thing is that now I repaired everything only one thing missing.. ok I lowered my car by cutting the spring (please no comment about wut I did please) , the thing is that the car now is really low, but when I get to the road it feels EXACTLY as when struts die (the car jumps a lot and any hole in the road you feel it in your A$$ tongue.gif ) can some one help me please?? maybe the reason could be that because the car is very low, the struts are not doing their work?? could I fix that by cutting the struts on the top ???
please help me , I dont have too much money to spend so "please do not tell me to get coilover or wut ever please" smile.gif

I took off my wheels, to see what I could see today. frown.gif NOTHING! I WAS SO MAD! I did however have a change to whipe down my rims. I guess nothings wrong. I mean I looked at the shock and spring, no apparent damage. I grabbed it and tried rocking it very hard and almost lost my jack (bad idea btw). And nothing. No strange sounds, no strange motions or rattles. Everything was pretty solid, however I do have to say, that the spring that is on there REALLY sucks. The amount I was able to move that thing up and down, phew... So maybe lowering kit and a dynamat job to dapen whatever is making the noise... heres some pics.

These rims were bought for me by my parents as a new car gift. I like them...

You probably won't be able to see anything. Just because you can't see anything doesn't mean nothing is wrong. You pulling on your car doesnt exurtthe same force as when you're driving down the road and the cars weight is shifting. And for further notice...Don't violently shake a car on a jack or jackstands because you will look like a jackass when it falls and causes you bodily harm. Take it to a mechanic where he's probably gonna tell you you need new struts, which could be springs or shocks. Perhaps an allignment too. That is if it still drives abnormally.

And what in the world are you gonna do with dynamat? Cover up the sound of your suspension falling apart?

Oh yea and your rims are pretty weak, nothing personal. But at least you keep them clean, right?

Sell 'em and buy some bigger ones.
