So I got into my car with my shoes not completely on, and was heading out of my apartment complex. Still in the complex, and still shuffling with my shoes, I made a right turn and was coming up to a speed bump with a car in front of me. The car stops all of a sudden right before the speed bump, and so I went to hit the brakes but couldnt feel **** with my half-falling off shoes and hit the clutch instead. I wasn't stopping, and to avoid rear-ending the person, i swerved, jumped a curb, and then hit this fence surrounding the apartment's pool.

Needless to say I feel like quite the ****ing retard.

Now my bumper is basically bent in the middle and the end of my hood has a small crumple. I was going pretty slow, probably 2-3 mph. The bumper/fender/hood are completely flush on the right, but not on the left. The hood opens/closes fine. Doesn't look like anything's leaking, and nothing looks displaced on the inside.

It seems to be driving fine, aside from some intermittent noise of what I suspect is something rubbing against my front left tire. I drove it for around 10 minutes, with a minute on the highway reaching 60mph.

Anyways, that is my story. Unfortunately, I can't take it to a shop or mechanic to look at it for a whole week. Is there anything I can check out to see if there might be any serious problems? This Friday I'll be driving home (200 miles)...and then back again Sunday. Not even sure I could find a place to look at it let alone fix it on Saturday.

If it is mechanically fine I'm probably not even going to fix the damage (unless it's < $500) and just put a bra on it or something.
