3sgte 3rd gen swap problems solved weeeeeee, Finally started Options

the engine is droped in and i had everything wired up but it wont start or even turn the engine over....

im using the 3 gen 3s wiring harness and connecting it to the connections that are in my 95 5s fuse box.
ihave noticed that there are a few wires that dont plug into anything on that main plug, the one with that platic hold down that pivots to secure the plug in.
the wires on the harness sid that dont connect with anythin on th car/5s side are a green with red and a single silver strip, a solid blue with one silver strip, and a slightly thicker blue with white and a single silver line.

what do these three connect to?

ive also noticed that on the in side if the car that there ar three plugs that are in front of the ecu,betwen the ecu and the shifter assembly, these three plugs are stacked vertically. while the plugs fit some of the wires dont connect to any thing.

the green/red, and blue/white wires are for the fuel pump relay and the solid blue wire is for the intercooler relay. none of these are necessary to start the car, jump the FP and B+ connectors on the DLC to get fuel and the car will run. if its not turning over then you have another problem. if , at minimun, you plugged all the connectors in, the vehicle should turn over. no other wiring is necessary. the COR relays for the 5s and 3s are the same, as well as the wiring and connectors that go to them. check all the fuses and the starter relay.

also take some pictures of the fuse box and the big grey connector EA1 if you can
