I got just about 400 bucks to spend...what's something good? Just for a deck. I can get speakers later, but I'm just talking the deck.
Also...how many speakers does the Celi have? What should I look for in a stereo...4/6/8 speaker decks? -------------------- 95 Toyota Celica GT

My carcame with an upgraded stereo when it was first sold ot whoever. It has two factory amps and the only way to put in a new deck si to bypass those...and in that case the sound quality would be worse than it is now unless I got new amps. It sucks, but I guess I'll just go with I dunno...something else. Maybe a CD changer or one of those Neo Car Jukeboxes.
The real deal is that it has one amp that controls the fornt two speakers and then one that controls the four rear tweeters. It sucks because this system is incompatible with newer stereos I guess. I dunno...really sucks. This is a Toyota factory stereo, just the upgraded package. Does anyone else have any other suggestions? -------------------- 95 Toyota Celica GT
