Hi all. I did a search on this and couldn't come up with anything, so I thought I'd ask...
I've got a 96 Vert, and when it rains, water pools on the driver's side - not inside the car where it would get the carpet wet, but somewhere inside the body. I can't see anything inside the car get wet, but I can hear it sloshing around when I drive, and if I undo my headliner near the back seat on the driver's side, I can peek down in and see some water. My guess is that there's a drain plug that has gotten clogged with something. I got underneath the car and looked, but couldn't see anything. Does anyone know the location of this drain hole that I suspect is plugged? Thanks! Samantha |

theres no plug (as far as i know), the drains underneath the sideskirts allow for the water to come out of the channel. if it doesnt come out it backs up into the sidepanel where it flows out under the seat.
i took off the sidepanel and used an air compressor to blow air up into the holes to free up w/e is in there. since i did it, i havent had a leak in a long time and i cant hear water in the panel either. -------------------- The question is not how far. The question is, do you possess the constitution, the depth of faith, to go as far as is needed? |
