I need to change the brakes (Disks and pads, front & rear) on the GT4. Was thinking of going with Black Diamond disks and EBC 'Red stuff' pads (Probably standard pads/disks on rear). Anyway, I heard somewhere that drilled and grooved disks have a tendancy to warp and/or crack under hard driving (What im probably going to be doing tongue.gif ).

Anybody had any experience with this, or any general recommendations??

Also, ss brake lines-any good??

slotted is plenty enough, ive seen baer cross drills crack all over, its not a pretty sight.

i've never heard of black diamond, get a good name like brembo or powerslot (who use brembo blanks). EBC pads are overrated, i suggest Hawk, Axxis, or Porterfield. the EBC reds will stop like crap until they get hot, so you'd have to be jamming on the brake pedal at every stop to keep them warm. when theyre cold they just have no bite, theyre not meant for street use at all.
