QUOTE(snapshotgt @ Nov 3, 2006 - 11:59 PM) '92 turbo's came with LSD -- I know b/c i was looking into it for my swap. QUOTE(Glitch001 @ Nov 4, 2006 - 1:45 AM) Optional since 91, RARE in 92's Much more common in 93-95 Both of you are wrong. Snapshot idk where you got your info but its incorrect. 91-92s did not have LSD, period. 93+ it was an OPTION. Source: QUOTE Originally Posted by billwot FACTS: LSD was NOT available on '91-92 cars. Cars equiped with factory instlled LSD will have a data plate in the drivers door with an "A/TM" designation of either E153/733, or E153/735. All MkII MR2, turbo or N/A, open diff or LSD will spin both rear wheels. If you look into the axle port of a factory LSD tranny, there will be visible bar between the 2 side. Are there any other LSD myths you would like me to correct? bill -------------------- |
