does any one know the part number or where i can find one for the trunk cover thing on the hatchbacks. i dont have one and id like to get one

i need a trunk cover too, my car didnt come with one when i bought it
 i dont even see a place to attach it though... i have looked at how other peoples are attached and mine doesnt have the little things it hangs from... i wonder if they only came with certain years of the 6th gen? dont know how to find something like that out... do any of you owners with a 99 hatch back have a trunk cover?
