with a 3rd gen mr2 clip, would GT motor mounts work? If not what will?

i mean correct me if im wrong but if a 3rd gen 3sgte from a celica would use gt motor mounts then so would a 3rd gen 3sgte from an mr2, its the same motor right? i assume like 2nd gen it just needs some accessories changed.
