What would be a better head swap for a 7a block gte or gze set up according to performance and cost wise.

that is not a bad price for custom pistons & rings. if is stay with the fe head i would only need stock pistons just forged right and maybe .020 over sized, along with the custom rods, i dont want to head swap just yet i am having a fe head p&p and a custom valve job done to increase air flow and volume. i just want to know what is needed for the bottom end to help keep the engine strong.
