Okay, so right now it is 1:37 AM and since Sunday, I haven't really had any sleep. Maybe 3 hours per day at the most and it's Friday already. I have mid-terms next week and finals in 3 weeks so I just been pulling at nighters and trying to study. So my question is, does anyone have some good remedies to make 3 hours feel like 8? If not, does anyone know how I can keep myself up and on task, cuz when it gets to about now, I am too tired to look at my work. So anyone got any good tips? Coffee/Full Throttle doesn't do too much for me.

I have the answer for you.
You must allow 7 hours of sleep for yourself. It sucks, but if I don't get the proper sleep at night, the next day at work sucks! I had trouble getting sleep, it was really bad for a few months. I have to be out of bed at 5AM, so at 9:15 I put down the computer, I turn off the TV and I open up my favorite car magazine. I am asleep by 10PM. You cannot leave the TV on at night, the entire night, your ears are still working, sending messages to your brain. Your brain is not processing them of course, but you still don't want your ears to be doing their job at all hours of the night. Give them a rest too. ![]() So like I said, 45 minutes before your 7 hour sleep, start to read, start to relax, forget about all your worries and obligations for the next day. With proper sleep, the next day will be much better, I'm talking from recent experience here. Good luck man. -------------------- '92 Grey Mitsubishi 3000GT SL - Sold
