Okay, so right now it is 1:37 AM and since Sunday, I haven't really had any sleep. Maybe 3 hours per day at the most and it's Friday already. I have mid-terms next week and finals in 3 weeks so I just been pulling at nighters and trying to study. So my question is, does anyone have some good remedies to make 3 hours feel like 8? If not, does anyone know how I can keep myself up and on task, cuz when it gets to about now, I am too tired to look at my work. So anyone got any good tips? Coffee/Full Throttle doesn't do too much for me.

Power naps, an old trick my dad taught me from his residency days is down a coupla cups of coffee then go lay down for 20-25 minutes, just enough time to start to doze but not enough time to get completely shut down, then when you're waking up the caffeine will be kicking in and you can trick your body into thinking you had enough sleep. The problem with 1-4 hours of sleep is that you start to get into REM but don't allow yourself enough time to fully recover so you wake up feeling really groggy.
