I was helping my friend change a tire on his highlander, and he overtightened one of the lugs and snapped the stud off. The lugs are the same as on our celi's and me having a parts car, i was wondering if there was a way i could take a stud from my celi and put it on his car for him?
If that isn't a viable option, he is still under warranty at the dealer, will they fix it free? and..... if they won't what do you think a mechanic would cost him to fix that? Thanks JC |
